I love teaching people to laugh. Sometimes it’s while they are standing on their heads…sometimes, it’s when they’re in fetal position and didn’t think they could ever laugh again…I am here to demystify yoga for you and teach you how to practice "your yoga."
I empower students with the tools to be creative and develop a practice that meets their unique needs, honoring their history, injuries and blocks, as creative outlets to inspire change, courage and joy.
